No, just a brother from another fraternity involved and observant on our campus. Have you seen the dynamics in the Greek community this semester? Things are rapidly changing. "Top houses" are being replaced due to lack of involvement. Scrutiny is being imposed upon chapters risking their existence on campus. I think you are misunderstanding the true qualities of a superior chapter.
