1) Phi Kap- They are super involved and the hardest working. Their guys aren't on top for looks, but are probably most likable. They have the strongest leaders which is why they keep getting better each year. Every girl I've talked to seems to like either Phi Kap or Sig Ep the most. 2) Sig Ep- They are tied with Phi Kap for the top house, but the only reason I didn't put them on top is because they are a bit absent this year socially. I understand that they are on probation, but it's just putting them behind. Awesome guys in this house though! Most involved on campus for sure. 3) SAE- Only on top because they are best looking. Individually, there are some good guys, but put them all together and they act like total idiots. It's probably cause the leaders of their fraternity make it that way. 4) AEPi- Has some awesome parties. There are a lot of good guys here. 5) Theta Chi- They are making a name for themselves. Their guys are super laid back and cool to chill with but they could improve on the party front. 6) ZBT- They can be awkward but are actually super cool once you get to know them. They have parties everyday pretty much but no one goes. 7) Phi Psi- They should be above ZBT but they are trying too hard. I heard their guys are really creepy towards girls and are starting to scare them off.
