So I've been super tired for a long time now. I'm skinny, so nobody suspected sleep apnea, but when I finally did a sleep study, I have it and really bad. Now I have to sleep with a CPAP the rest of my life, which makes me feel uncomfortable moving into the sorority house. Any suggestions?
