I don't have a source I can share on here unfortunately that explicitly backs up what I said. If you look up the alumni associations on facebook and elsewhere of these three chapters you can piece most of it together though. I would disregard what the other commenter above is saying about DX, Beta or TKE. If a fraternity has been approved a recolonization spot, they have a set plan and are not going to jeopardize that by jumping the gun. All three of these chapters have been waiting a really long time to return.
