Here is a breakdown from someone who has been going here for a long time. The only dormant fraternity that owns property on campus is LXA (they own the house that the SVO uses) which leads me to believe they would be most likely to come back. Maybe a year or two ago, someone posted a link on here to blueprints that Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammy) had for a new house on campus. I have not heard anything else regarding the matter since. While TKE is indeed eligible to apply to come back, there is nothing to suggest they are more likely than anyone else (posts on Greekrank are meaningless).
