although theta is a middle tier, people need to stop ranking them higher than DG and KD. Yes, they did do a great job for first time recruiting. yes, there are some hot, cool girls in theta. At the same time there’s a lot of weird ones . it’s such a random mix of girls because they still haven’t fully established on campus and it will take time. they don’t socialize/ get invited to the same parties that DG or KD do either.
