Sigma Nu’s been back since last fall so they’ve already been through a couple of pledge classes. As soon as they get chartered they’ll be moving back into that corner spot on frat row, but some of their men already occupy the apartments. Delta Sig and ZBT are coming back this semester, so they have exec boards mainly but also have their national reps on the ground (probably for the semester) doing the normal reestablishment stuff and trying to find new members. ZBT idk, but Delta Sig owns where DU is currently in frat row. Sigma Chi has apparently been back tho and that’s the one I’m not sure about. But I believe they own the house that DG is in now, although someone feel free to correct me!
