soo i dropped out of recruitment after pref and the one house i had on pref (but didn't want to commit to because i was unsure) has reached out to me since. should i just go for it and do cob with them or wait for spring recruitment to see about other options? (also don't really know how cob works should i be reaching out to chapters or is it all up to the chapters and they reach out to who they want?)
