Adding on "DG's house" was never truly their house. It was always Theta's. DG just lived there during the years when Theta was kicked off (they lived in what is now the FIJI house prior to the 2012-2013 school year). Sigma Nu will be moving into their old house at the west end of fraternity row (Viejas Arena side) next fall. There is talk of Delta Sig coming back next fall. If that happens they will get their house (where DU currently lives) back. DU is currently building their new house on the site where the old house was. Not sure when it will be done however. Someone is building something next to Theta Chi's house. I don't know what that is but a few months ago someone said on here that Sigma Alpha Mu (a fraternity that was kicked off back in 2009) had plans for a new house on campus. Maybe that's them?
