As a member of the Greek community, it's always sad to see a chapter close. ZBT this semester became the 12th(!) instance of an IFC fraternity chapter at SDSU having its campus charter revoked for disciplinary reasons in the past 8 years (Lambda Chi, Delta Sig and Sigma Pi in Spring '08, Theta Chi and Phi Psi in Fall '08, KA in Spring '09, Sammy in Fall '09, Kappa Sig in Spring '10, Sigma Nu in Fall '12, Sigma Chi in Spring '13, and Delta Sig again in Fall '14). The gradual downward spiral for ZBT seemed to begin in Fall '13 right after they lost their house on frat row to foreclosure. A decline in active membership and a hazing allegation just put them over the edge. Hope to see them recolonize sometime in the next few years. Something needs to change in IFC so that chapters don't keep getting booted off left and right like this
