Sigma Nu returns to campus this fall and will be starting from scratch, with recruiters from their national organization coming down at some point in the semester to recruit founding members for the chapter’s re-launch. They still own the house on fraternity row at the corner of Aztec Walk & 55th Street, but cannot move into it until they earn their campus charter. Sigma Chi returns to campus this spring and will undergo the same process as Sigma Nu. They similarly still own a house (it was leased to ZBT this past year) and can move into it when they earn their campus charter. Delta Sig will see their 18 month suspension from campus expire this summer, but it is still up in the air whether or not they will actually return to campus in fall. They are the wildcard in the recolonization process at this point. Kappa Alpha Theta is the sorority returning to campus this fall. They will undergo a similar process to what Sigma Nu and Sigma Chi will be going through. They own the house that Delta Gamma has leased for the past few years and can move back into it after they earn their campus charter.
