I'm coming of out of state and I'm really looking into joining a fraternity but I have seen soooo many different reviews and such, from what I've seen lately its that ΣΑΕ is a bit "rapey" and other houses might be top now, but are slowly on the decline, and others are middle tear and moving up. But what I want to know is what are the best fraternities for great parties but maintain classy when sober and rank other good houses with good descriptions. Also add the likeliness of getting a bid/ the demand for them -Thanks, appreciate it
