not true. Kappa Sig usually is lacking on the alcohol and is so crowded it makes it not fun. ATO has plenty of alcohol but the brothers aren't very friendly or interested in meeting people outside their friend group. I'm in a top tier sorority and a lot of my sisters refuse to go to ATO because they say the brothers aren't welcoming and they feel too awkward. Sigma Chi was best of both worlds with a crap load of alcohol, a spacious house, and the brothers and pledges are very friendly, even if they're never met you before
