Tridelt is proof the tier system is meaningless. They did so bad with retention they had to take a spring PC when several middle tiers didn't and a few even had bigger PCs that were just a cute. Basically as long as frats think they're top, they are. Regardless of their sisterhood and lack of respect for the panhell community.
