Don't be boring and talk about the weather or any snooze-worthy things. Sororities girls are literally trained before-hand on the art of conversation (something the top tiers know how to do especially well) so most girls you talk to will know how to keep awkward silences from happening. Feel free to ask questions, but make sure you talk about yourself because even though it's a friendly atmosphere, it really is almost like an interview. They want to see if your personality matches theirs, and they can't decide that if you don't tell them anything about yourself.
