As a junior it is hard to get a bid. Not impossible - just hard. You tend to see hard cuts on the first day from chapters you thought liked you - just because of your status in college. Sororities (esp "top tier") like freshman - girls who can stay in the sorority for 4 years and give back to it more than just a year or 2. Honest truth here.
