That's some nice math that you did there, seems like you have had Theta Chi on your mind alot lately for you to think all this through. Unfortunately you are still incorrect. I was also incorrect in saying they would go up to $700, they are actually going up to $750. You are not factoring in money that is in savings, or money that was donated to their chapter. When they recently voted to apply for the house, they also voted to take this semesterly dues increase of $250 more than they are paying now. This decision also meant that they will pay $200 dues over the summer. I'm not sure why you're so concerned with this, unless you just want them to fail, but they have done their math. I'm quite sure they've thought everything through and have figured it all out. And to everyone who still insists that "half the chapter is dropping," I'll repeat that there are only 2 brothers who have expressed difficulties in paying for these dues. Just leave it alone and be happy for these boys.
