This is coming from someone in a top sorority: Worrying about tiers will limit you severely. If you really wanna be in a sorority, go through rush and see who takes you, and love your sisters. Juniors do occasionally get into top tiers, but they have to be like, perfect in every way. It's not just the sororities not wanting to take you, some of their nationals actually have rules against taking upperclassmen. Some gorgeous girls are worth fighting nationals over, but most aren't. Go in with an open mind and stop worrying about tier.
