i mean their new pledge class, i would say yeah they did move down but i mean overall theyre still the bottom of the top/ top of the middle. it'll take awhile before they really move down for good. they didnt meet quota either so thats another bad thing. if they have another bad pc next year and dont meet quota i think they'll be in the middle of the middle tier.
