I'm going to rush in the spring and I heard that Chi O has to take a lot of girls because they didn't do fall rush. Why does Chi O have such a bad rep? I don't really care about anything other than really liking the girls for whichever sorority that I choose, but I kind of want to know why everyone seems to rank them low. Also, does a lower GPA affect rush at all?
