Lower mid is a rank that is everywhere. Not every chapter is high. We’ve had lower mid for decades. So does literally every other school. Top, upper, lower, bottom. Some have mid some don’t. It’s not about control it’s about accuracy. PiKapp doesn’t compare to TKE.
