This is me being unbiased. I think personally it’s DDD ZTA ADPI THETA Bc Thetas is bland. And also awful inside and made to be a fraternity and not on the row. DDD is obviously the best. ADPi and ZTA are close seconds. Then theta. Ztas is bigger, more modern, not just a brown box with pillars and windows.
