I just feel like with casual but yet dressing to impress confuses me cause I'm over thinking it. I don't want to come in looking too dressed up, you know? So basically wear nice summer dresses all week but pref night? & is a back less dress too much? For your picture on the recruitment site, i know I should put one with my hair and make up looking nice and well done , does this go with my outfit too? or are the girls mainly paying attention to your looks. it's jus that my hair and make up are fine but i was wearing a sleep shirt on top of it. idk if i should put it up.
