Go right now there are no schools with an official rank because no one in a big school agrees. We never had a consensus until someone added rank considerations were added years ago. Not everyone respects the considerations now. If you the comments in every rank discussions this year they say “tops don’t give a **** about anything but popularity and looks you are losers” Whoever keeps doing that and moving chapters down is the problem.
