As much as I hate to agree with the moderator, the police report is record of what both people stated happened. If there is a disagreement over what occurred, the report should note each scenario and state that there is a conflict between the two stories. They would not just write down one side as fact and leave out the other persons story. You might not like it, but it is not a crime to film someone on your personal phone without their consent. It is a crime to take someone’s personal property.
