This is a good post but the new members I talked to (that pledged my house and those that did not) had more interest in theta and pi phi than zeta. Zeta had to snap bid to fill pref parties- that is a fact. Theta and pi phi did not have to do that. I think that’s the definition of reject btw. Literally rejected by other chapters but offered a pref and then bid at a chapter that you dropped earlier in the week. Pretty solid list. Like it.
