That is what we are doing. While also giving a little grace to established chapters that otherwise would be lower (zeta) and keeping some chapters lower that do well during recruitment but aren’t as established/involved (theta). Are you slow? We don’t need to know how you would do it if you ranked it this way because you would only inflate your own chapter - as always. You have your own rank list for that already. Aren’t you ashamed of how obvious it is that everyone knows you jump on here and talk badly of other chapters only for the good of your own at their expense? It’s so icky.
