Tiers Top- Top socials/pairs Upper mid- Upper socials/pairs Mid- Mid socials/pairs Lower mid- Lower socials/pairs Base- Lower/Base socials/pairs, unhoused Upper mids don’t want to be top, they don’t need top socials but if they do, good for them. Tops are keeping great chapters down by refusing socials. If tops want to be respected then be respectful. Some in your chapter do not look or act like top tier.
