They are not based on facts. It is not a fact that your chapter is good looking. That is a personal opinion. Many disagree. It is not a fact that you have a better social life than other chapters. No one is taking attendance at the bars. It is not based on majority opinion. You have argued yourself that we don’t know who is on here and replying. So how do you know that anyone agrees with you?
