You think that measuring diversity and popularity is “concrete”? Like there’s concrete data on those somewhere? And GPA is not measured, although it’s been concrete, because it’s been “our” rule for decades? It just kind of sounds like you want to measure things that might be vague and hard to measure but you can use them to make your chapter look good but maybe you ignore elements that might not make your chapter look good.
