They can’t because it’s not based on anything. The new ranks were made by girls in a lower or base tier chapter bc they angry about their ranking. They don’t like it all weighted on popularity. posted multiples times that they all got together and are speaking up. They said bottom tier was mean and we changed it. Now they are saying base tier is offensive. These ranks don’t even reflect achievements they are a joke.
