Try and follow along: “Zeta is the Worst” is the name of a post. GPA is one weighted data point, not the determining factor. And “disaffiliated” means that Pan members do not identity which chapter they are members of for a time period close to recruitment. They are unbiased and promote all chapters regardless of Pan leadership position. You wouldn’t know anything about supporting all Pan chapters but I hope the definition helps you to realize that others do and they take it seriously. Tier Considerations: Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, GPA, Greek Community performance (including athletics), new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house. Ranking Bias: Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority with heavier weight going to qualities that fellow srats prioritize.
