I agree with you. I know my sisterhood is strong but I wouldn’t be able to compare it against another chapter and I felt it during recruitment when I walked into my chapter. The pnms will gravitate to wherever they belong and we should not “compete” for pnms because it’s such a personal choice and everyone lands where they are meant to be. If a chapter recruits using fake smoke and mirrors then they end up initiating women that won’t make it long term because they don’t truly fit into the sisterhood. A PNM should be themselves and the chapter should be themselves and that’s when the best matches are made. Zeta is a great example. They don’t try to pretend they’re something that they’re not and the other Greek houses want girls that identify with Zeta to go pledge Zeta. So just be yourselves and your chapter can continue to recruit more girls that are like the rest of your chapter.
