you can be blacklisted from all chapters or one. if you’re blacklisted from a singular chapter you won’t get a bid and they won’t be friends with you. if you’re blacklisted from all you won’t get a single bid. (most ppl who are black listed are only from one or a few chapters but not all) allegations, rumors, personality and so much can get you blackballed. you typically won’t know but everyone around you will.
