These ranks were attempted earlier. The only rank change today was moving up PiKapp. PiKapp had a bump in involvement after none last year. They participated in a couple comps and won a comp, they went up. TKE had no decline, they are steady with involvement, comps, membership, relations. Under 10 pc size is fine for any tier, especially mid. They participated in all srat comps and won a comp, there no fall in their rank.
