Things changed. Other frats with better looking guys came along who has actual personalities who are able to have actual conversations with girls. Theta Chi was upper mid for years then was moved to top as ATO dropped last year. Hoco 2021 Adpi chose to pair with Theta Chi. Tridelt chose to pair with ATO. ZTA chose to pair with DU. Not one srat chose to pair with Sigma Chi. KD picked PhiDelt. No one chose Kappa Sig while we’re on the subject. Comp time rolled around and Theta Chi win KD Daggerman, ADPi Cheers and AXiD Xi Man. Sigma Chi won Theta Casa and Tridelt Dude. Sigma Chis are known for their wealth and house but that’s about it. Girls actually like Theta Chis and go to their real house parties.
