almost all of the top girls are beautiful, they do not recruit many average looking girls. personality is not the focus, it’s more superficial, they need to look good for their image and ig. top chapters are getting more diverse, but they have a ways to go. upper mid and mid chapters have a lot of beautiful girls, but they are open to all backgrounds, styles, shapes, because sisterhood isn’t about looks or status. mid chapters focus on personality and character as well as looks. you can see on ig that the girls aren’t as cookie cutter looking.
