you are right with who you think are top 3, but i dont see how ato is over both sigma chi and phi delt. sigma chi still has their name like you said, and their social hook ups are better than ato's. phi delt is better in sports than ato AND has better social hookups than ato. sigma chi doesn't get to play phi delt so we don't know if sigma chi would beat phi delt in greek cup. bottom line is ato is #3 and sigma chi and phi delt are top 2.
