lol, ok I'll give you ATO as the top, but Phi delt and DU??? Phi Delt loosing ZTA to Sigma Chi apparantly really hurt them. Their new pledges are jokes. They had a few solid pledge classes last year but this fall really hurt them. DU is definitely on the rise and I would consider them a top tier fraternity but they're no where near the top of the list. ATO Sigma Chi LXA DU Phi Delt WHO CARES ABOUT THE REST?!?!
