both sigma chi and beta just went through re-orgs so clearly they both have an opportunity to rebuild their chapters. and rush isn't about numbers unless you're in DU or phi delt. and kappa sig is having their charter pulled because they can't pay their national dues. it's sad but it happens all across america. They love Obama, maybe he'll bail them out...-_-
