Considering the houses are like 5 times bigger and cleaner than Greek ghetto houses and pretty convenient, also cool being able to have chapter at a house and not a classroom on campus. If you don’t rush an on campus fraternity you’re wasting your time and money, bc no matter how much off campus fraternities do theyll still be overshadowed solely based on their house. Off campus are cheaper and usually have more members so it’s cool to have a big group but also sucks not being exclusive at all.
