You should definitely go through recruitment again, especially if you feel that you have grown in the past year! There are plenty of girls who either don't get bids and rush again or run home, drop and end up rushing again; sometimes it takes girls multiple tries to find their home. I personally wouldn't bring up the fact that you rushed last year if you are worried about answering it and honestly there are so many things to talk about other than the fact that you've been through it before. Either way its nothing to be ashamed of and you should go through recruitment again if that's something you want!
