I went in as a Junior this year, and let me tell you, recruitment was a nightmare. NO ONE told me that Juniors have a hard time with recruitment. The second day, I was dropped by all but two houses. Both "bottom tier". I stuck it out, and I'm glad I did. Recruitment will be awful though.
