I would switch DG and Theta because theta got a really good pc this year. But being as unbiased as possible, Alpha Phi, G Phi, and pi phi are the 3 top houses in no particular order. They are on the same playing field. Theta runs a close second and DG after that. The rest just kinda go together after those houses. And if you read the rankings for chi-o it is obvious that they are self ranking. However, I will say that they are smart girls, and I have met some nice ones. But they are definitely not a top tier house.
