Hey -it’s great to have an actual discussion here. I’m a junior in what is ranked as a top srat. I can tell you what my house, and other Srats say. Adding to above comments: TKE: - ALOT of guys here are super creepy and the house just has a weird vibe. Also sketchy stuff has been reported which you can read on judicial. They are most likely ranked low cause of those things. If you ask Srats it’s true that they are constantly the last house they would pick to hang with. KA -agreed it’s largely location. They don’t have a bad rep…. IMO they are pretty decent bunch a guys but they sorta pledge anyone. TDX -actually this is a super fun house. And -I think they will move up this year. Agreed that the parties they throw are super fun. Sammy - not as fun as TDX. It’s sorta the house that’s good with where they are at.
