People at zbt are really telling kids they aren’t losing their house. Everyone with credible information knows Delta chi is taking the ZBT house within the next couple of years, most likely right after this upcoming school year. They pressure pnms into signing bids over the summer before the kids realize the truth. It’s a shame that the guys in ZBT are willing to lie to incoming freshmen just to stay on campus for one more year and ruin the rest of these incoming freshmen’s experience after their freshman year.
