if an interest group for kappa sigma started in the fall of 2023 it would have to be accepted and the earliest possible would be spring 2024. then it would take them two years to gain the amount of members needed to fill the house and afford the cost. thus meaning the earliest they could snag the house if they are relevant would be around fall 2026.my prediction is tke builds a new house before then and the house is sold to a different fraternity.
