the only houses i personally would consider TOP are kappa and pi phi because they have really solid reputations and have been super consistent. i consider gamma phi and alpha phi lower top and i know that's a pretty common opinion. next is dg. then sigma, then chi o, then the rest. i don't even consider theta lower middle... look at their girls. more chubsters than tri delt. i think kappa cemented their place as top this year and gamma phi and alpha phi are on the decline. in the next four-six years top tier will be pi phi kappa and dg, that's my prediction. they are too strong nationally to not be top houses at such a big school. ps i'm not a kappa, pi phi, or dg
