I’m going to be a freshman this fall at U of A. I have a really tight group of girl friends here in my hometown in Ohio but we’re all dispersing off to different colleges. I really want to get involved at U of A and specifically join a sorority! I’m super open to any sororities, from what I’ve seen all the sororities at U of A are amazing. But I have a 2.7 gpa and online it says 3.0 required for highschool! So Am i still allowed to rush? and If I do will I just get dropped from every sorority? And would having a letter of recommendation or explaining my circumstances (me coming from a private school that focused more on preparedness than grades and then going to public highschool that used a 4.0 grading system) make a difference?
