I'm a pi phi at different school out of state and was planning on transferring to u of a & hoping to affiliate with pi phi here. but i've seen a lot on this site about them falling and not being a respect house anymore when i always heard they were really good here. would i still have a good experience (coming from a chapter where it's top house at a northern school) or are there actual problems with the house here
